Processing & Shipping Times

Non-customized orders are processed during business hours and generally ship within 1–3 business days.
Customized products may take 5–7 business days depending on the product and quantity.

Please note: Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.


Store Credit Return Policy

At The Rally Club, we want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for store credit within 14 days of receipt.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt by visiting:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

These items are made specially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Return Process

To start your return, please visit our Returns Center at

  • You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Once your return is received and approved, a store credit (minus applicable fees) will be issued via email.


Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and deducted from your store credit.


Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll review the issue promptly and make it right.
